Jenna Didier

Principal, Lead Design Engineer,

is in pursuit of a new approach to the built environment. A lifelong interest in the creation and use of public spaces led her to Los Angeles and a career in water feature design. The trajectory of her career began at a fountain company in the Midwest where she worked as a fabricator, welding stainless steel and bronze fountain components and building electrical and mechanical systems for large water features. Once in Los Angeles, she built upon these technical skills in design, engineering, and fine arts to create mechanical effects, build sets, and fabricate architectural details. By working as a Project Manager in the architectural scenery industry for several years she developed the management skills required for the successful completion of large-scale projects in theme parks, casinos, zoos, retail environments, and other public spaces.

As part of Fountainhead's Research & Development effort, Jenna founded Materials & Applications, a non-profit organization dedicated to pushing forward new and underused building technoligies. Please see the website for more information: www.mn8.org.
